How I help
Sometimes life looks fine on the outside, but inside, you feel constantly behind. Always trying to keep up.
Many of the women I work with are capable and used to holding alot. Over time, it starts to feel heavier than they can explain.
Therapy is the place to set some of that down.

What brings people to therapy
People often reach out when things have been building up for a while.
-
Feeling overwhelmed even when life looks "fine."
-
Anxiety that does not fully turn off
-
Mental load that feels constant
-
Self-criticism or pressure to keep it all together
-
Feeling disconnected from yourself and your loved ones
-
Relational difficulties
-
Exhaustion that rest does not fix. They think it's burnout.
It is often less about one moment and more about realizing that you have been carrying too much for too long.
What is therapy like with me?
Sessions with me are steady, supportive, and unhurried.
We slow things down enough to understand what's happening underneath the surface- patterns, pressure, and expectations that have been shaping how you feel.
Sometimes we focus on anxiety and overwhelm. Sometimes, on self-criticism. Sometimes it's about not holding everything alone.
You don't need words right now. We figure it out together.
The goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel like yourself again.
Who this is for:
This tends to fit best if you are:
-
Reflective and self-aware (or want to grow in this area), but still feeling stuck
-
Carrying a lot internally
-
Wanting more ease and self-compassion
-
Tired of pushing through alone
This may not be the best fit if you're looking for highly structured coaching or crisis-level support.
If this feels familiar, you don't have to sort it out alone. You are welcome to reach out to schedule a free consultation. We'll talk briefly about what you are looking for and see if it feels like a good fit. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you come in.
