I am so glad you are here. Here is a little about me.
I'm a transplant to Mississippi and have been here for almost two decades. As a former dancer, movement, and music have always been my go-to stress relievers. Nowadays, you'll find me dancing with my kids in our kitchen to Disney songs or jamming out to Motown and Classic Rock.
My best mornings start with a strong cup of coffee, fueling me to either tackle a few tasks on my to-do list or take a moment to reflect on how things are going right now. I would consider myself a deep thinker, sometimes too deep, where I can get lost in my head. Thankfully, I have two little people to bring me back to the present.
I am very familiar with the challenge of juggling multiple responsibilities and the stress that arises when things appear to be falling apart. I am committed to helping moms feel lighter so they can feel confident to tackle the things that come at them daily.
Professional Experience
As a counselor, I seek to support mothers throughout their unique journey of motherhood. With experience in various therapeutic settings—community mental health, residential treatment, and private practice—I’ve seen firsthand the vital need for maternal support during this transformative time. I’ve pursued specialized training in perinatal mental health and continue to deepen my understanding and expertise in this area.
I understand the challenges and stressors that impact a mother's mental well-being.​ As a mother myself, I understand the importance of having a support system in place. Navigating the complexities of motherhood alone can be overwhelming. I provide a space where you can unload the weight of stress, embrace authenticity, and cultivate compassion and confidence as a mom.

Additionally, I offer faith-based counseling for those who desire it. My training equips me to integrate biblical truth and psychology, providing a holistic approach that honors your spiritual beliefs while addressing your emotional and mental health needs.
