Meet Krista
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Mississippi transplant and former dancer, so movement and music have always been my go-to stress relievers. Nowadays, you’ll find me dancing with my kids in the kitchen to Disney songs or jamming out to Motown and Classic Rock.
My mornings usually start with a strong cup of coffee and a few quiet moments to reflect before the day begins. I can be a deep thinker—sometimes too deep—but my two little people always bring me back to the present.
I know what it’s like to juggle multiple responsibilities and feel pulled in every direction. I’m committed to helping moms feel lighter, more confident, and supported through the challenges of daily life.
How I Help Moms
I specialize in supporting mothers through every stage of motherhood—pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I help moms navigate stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and the challenges of caring for everyone else.
In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space where you can:

-
Unload the weight of stress
-
Reconnect with yourself
-
Build confidence and self-compassion
Whether you’re seeking support for emotional, mental, or practical challenges, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward feeling grounded, confident, and more like yourself.
