Meet Krista

I’m so glad you’re here.  I’m a Mississippi transplant and former dancer, so movement and music have always been my go-to stress relievers.  Nowadays, you’ll find me dancing with my kids in the kitchen to Disney songs or jamming out to Motown and Classic Rock.

My mornings usually start with a strong cup of coffee and a few quiet moments to reflect before the day begins.  I can be a deep thinker—sometimes too deep—but my two little people always bring me back to the present.

I know what it’s like to juggle multiple responsibilities and feel pulled in every direction.  I’m committed to helping you feel lighter, more confident, and supported through the challenges of daily life.

How I Help Women

I help women navigate the pressures of motherhood, anxiety, perfectionism, and major life transitions, find more steadiness,  self-compassion, and confidence.

In our work together, I offer a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what feels heavy, and build practical ways to feel more grounded in your daily life. For those who desire it, I also incorporate faith-based counseling into the therapeutic process.

Whether you are in the early postpartum season, raising young children, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you feel more like you again.
